(1) Coal washing system.
Raw coal is fed by the coal hopper and sorted by the jig. Pump into the high efficiency deep cone concentrator, press the filter and dehydrate with the filter press. Jigging gangue, jigging medium coal, after dewatering and lifting by the bucket, go to the medium coal chute, and then enter the washing cycle again.
(2) Coal preparation system.
The raw material coal used in the production of semi-coke is 0~30mm mixed coal, the total moisture content (including internal and external moisture) is not more than 13%, and the powder coal with particle size distribution less than 6mm is less than 10%. Mixing coal is conveyed to coal bunker by lifting belt.
(3) Drying system.
The mixed coal sent by the coal preparation process into the furnace moves down in a parallel and vertical way into the coal storage bunker. It first enters the dry section of the distillate furnace and uses gas as fuel. The high temperature flue gas generated by combustion in the burner is mixed with the flue gas of circulating dust removal to 350℃ to serve as the dry heat source of the mixed coal.
(4) distillation system.
The temperature of the mixed coal from the dry section rises to 150℃, and the dehydrated mixed coal moves down into the dry section of the distillate furnace in a parallel and vertical way. The mixed coal is heated by oxygen - poor combustion in the gas collecting hood at the upper part of the distillation section of the distillate furnace. The hot carrier gas produced by oxygen-poor combustion is contacted for heat transfer, and the heated mixed coal is heated to 600~700℃ in reverse contact with the high temperature gas sent by the combustion chamber, and the carbon is carbonized into blue carbon, which enters the cooling section from the carbonization chamber.
(5) Cooling system.
The high temperature blue carbon discharged from the carbonization chamber enters the blue carbon waste heat recovery heat exchanger. In the heat exchanger, the water is vaporized into water vapor, and then the water vapor enters the vapor-liquid separator. The 0.7Mpa (G) saturated steam is separated in the vapor-liquid separator.
(6) coke quenching system.
High temperature semi-coke through the semi-coke waste heat recovery heat exchanger, the temperature of semi-coke from 650℃ will be about 200℃. At the bottom of the cooling section of the distillate furnace, the water spray touches the hot blue carbon, and the steam flows through the blue carbon layer due to the rapid expansion force when the water turns into steam. The semi-coke is finally pushed back and forth by the coke pushing machine, scraped by the coke scraping machine at the bottom of the furnace, measured by the weighing belt, and then sent to the semi-coke product warehouse by the belt conveyor.
